A Note For You...

Hello Everyone!

I planned to post something at least weekly,so this week I'm sharing a quick card I made with the Art Philosophy cart and patterned paper from the CTMH Stella paper pack. The flower is a cricut cut and I stamped the pedals and sentiment with the Just for You stamp set. Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day!

I have had a great day. DH cooked breakfast this morning while I got the girls ready for church. Then came home and he cooked on the grill. Steaks with potatoes and veggies yum. I wanted to share the cards I made for my mom and mil.

I used the Mother's Day cart to cut "mom." The patterned papers are from Crate Paper. Cardstock is from recollections and flower border is a EK Success punch I purchased on clearance from hsn. I sentiment is a dollar stamp I got at Joanns a few years ago.I used CTMH inkpad in cocoa for the top picture and stazon ink in jet black for the stamping done on the ribbon. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a blessed day.

Graduation Card

Hello Everyone,

Two posts in one week!! I'm on a roll LOL. Thanks so much for stopping by today. I want to share a card I made for a co-worker's daughter that will be graduating from high school next week. I was totally inspired to make this after seeing the BEAUTIFUL tags that Emma @creativetimeforme.com created She released another set of stamps and dies this morning, so be sure to stop by her blog and check it out. The new release is available for preorders right now.

I was looking through the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge handbook that is exclusively sold through Close To My Heart. This cartridge has something for everyone. I found an awesome tag/card on it that I used to make my card. I used cardstock from recollections and patterned paper from the  DCWV high school stack. The cutie diploma was made with the Recess cart. The scallop circle was also cut from the Art Philosophy cart. The coordinating stamp is from Close to My Heart. I love that they have so many stamps that coordinate with the cartridge. I added some red tulle and tied a bow with ribbon from Walmart. I plan to add a small pocket inside to add a gift card.

Again, thanks for stopping by and if you would like to check out the Art Philosophy cart or any other items from CTMH you can here.
