Serenede Sympathy Card

Hi Everyone,
I celebrated my birthday last Friday, but got sad news that afternoon that my husband's uncle had passed away. I was happy to be celebrating my birthday, but was sad as well. The services were held yesterday. I want to share a card that I made to give to the family. I used the Serenade cart for the tree. I like to do very simple sympathy cards, so this tree was perfect. I used Emma's fancy frame and die. The sentiment is also by Emma. I love her products!! I plan to celebrate my birthday this weekend. Thanks so much for stopping by:)

Fall Layout

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to make posts at least once per week. I want to share a LO I made last night while the kiddos had gone to sleep. I used some patterned paper that I got over 5yrs ago from Walmart. I'm trying to use supplies that I already have and buy less. Hopefully I can stick to it. I used B is for Boy, Gypsy Wanderings, Doodlecharms, and Celebrate with Flourish. I don't think I've used that many carts on one project before, but with my gypsy, it is easy. I am linking this project to Amanda's Getting Scrappy Challenge #17. Use this picture for inspiration.

Thanks for stopping by:)

recipe:

B is for Boy
Celebrate with Flourish
Gypsy Wanderings
Doodlecharms
Stampin up Chocolate Chip ribbon and border punch
twine from Ebay
Peachy Keen Everyday Character Faces
My Creative Time scallop and stitched circle die
lime green stickles
white gel pen
cardstock- Core'dinations, American Crafts, Stampin Up, and Walmart

Criss Cross Card

Hi
I want to share a card I made last night. I'm entering this card into the Birthday Sundaes challenge #26 and Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenges. The Birthday Sundaes' blog has a link to help you make one of these cards. It's called a criss cross card. It was pretty easy and it's fun to make different types of cards. Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge is a cricut-less one. You have to use the colors purple, orange, green, and black. I was kind of nervous about not using my cricut, but after seeing the challenge for Birthday Sundaes, I just combined the requirements. The patterned paper is from a stack I bought last year from Joanns. I used some cardstock from my stash for the card base and a Martha Stewart punch to create a band around the card. The cute scallop and circle is from Emma as is the sentiment. The ribbon is from Joanns. I had so much fun making this. Thanks for stopping by:)

Teddy Bear Blog Hop!!

Hello, and thanks for stopping by. If you came from lindascreativity then you are in the right place. If you are just happen to visit my blog and
want to start at the beginning, then go to jenscraftcorner.blogspot.com. She is our host on this hop. We are celebrating National Teddy Bear Day. All projects will have a bear on them. My project is a sign that I plan to give to a coworker. I thought it would be cute to let visitors know that baby is sleeping. I used the Lacy Labels cart for the shape. I cut the shape twice in black, then cut a piece of cereal box and put it between the cardstock to make it more sturdy. I used bazzil cardstock for the rest of cuts except for the bear that was cut with DCVW cardstock. The bear is from A Child's Year cart. The ribbon, hemp cord and button are from Walmart. The brown ribbon I used to hang the sign is from Stampin Up. The font is from Gypsy Font. I hope you've enjoyed my project. Next, is Cherie fromoneheartscrapper
