Vinyl Projects

Hello,

I hope everyone is having a terrific Thursday. I only have one more day until the kiddos are out of school and then we will officially begin summer vacation. I want to share some vinyl projects I made for friends and family to give as gifts.

The brushes were made for my niece to give to 3 of her friends that will be graduating this Saturday. I used the Alphalicious cart for the font.

The glasses are for a co-worker to give as a gift to someone. I used Birthday Bash font for the beer mug , and Storybook for the other glass. I hope the recipients enjoy.

Vinyl projects, Cards, and Tags

Hello Everyone and Merry Christmas! It's been awhile since I've posted anything, but December has been a busy month. I've done alot of crafting, but most of it was done during the night and I once finished, I just didn't take many pictures. I made the glitter ornaments last year but didn't have a blog then, so I decided to share them as well. After my last post of the charger plate, I decided to try more of them, so I used my gypsy and cut this "S" from Gyspy Font. The 2011 is Storybook. The wine shaped glasses were for my mom. She gave them to co-workers and the other glasses were made for my sister to give as gifts. I didn't have much time for paper crafting, so my Christmas cards are super simple this year. I used some patterned paper by American Crafts and Stampin Up cardstock. I also used a Die and stamp set from Emma @ My Creative Time for the sentiment. My gift tags are also super simple. I won this stamp set from Gloria @ Gloriascrafts awhile back and it fit the bill for quick and simple tags. The shape of the tags were made with the Storybook cart and the patterned paper is DCWV. I added some stickles to the "fur" part of Santa's coat to bling it up. My five-year old loves to get under the tree and see who each gift is addressed to :) She's keeping a count of which ones are hers. Farewell and Thank you cards

Hello Everyone!

I got a text on Sunday night at approx. ten PM from my oldest niece. She lives four hours from me in the town that she attended college at. After finishing school she scored a job at that college and has been working there for about 3 years. She has decided that she was ready to leave it and pursue other adventures. She went to Atlanta for an interview the day those horrible tornadoes hit Alabama. She literally was in Alabama minutes after one storm hit! Now, I had no idea she was traveling that way during that time or I would have freaked out. She made it to Atlanta safely and heard about a week later that she got the job. I'm so happy for her. I feel like a proud momma bird setting her free to venture the world. Anyway, she asked me to make her some farewell and thank you cards to give to friends and co-workers. I used Storybook for the thank you cards and Create a Critter for the farewell cards. I didn't have a stamp for what I wanted to say on the owl card, so I computer generated one. I will be mailing them today. Thanks for visiting :)

Door Hangers using TBBM!

I can't believe this is my second post this week! I am on a roll! I am out for summer break, but my kids are still in school until later in the month. I try to do some crafting several times a week. Today I want to share two door hangers I made using the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cart. This cart was a free download on my gypsy. I made these for two 13 yr olds. I designed them in my gypsy. I used some medium weight chipboard that I got at Joanns (with a coupon of course). Covered the chipboard in some thick black poster board-like paper that also came in the pack then decorated one with the gypsy font and the other with Storybook. The patterned papers are DCWV.
