Graduation Card

Hi!

Thanks for visiting my blog today. It's getting close to graduation time around here and I needed to make some cards. A co-worker also asked me to make her a card to give as well. I made this one using the Locker Talk cartridge and my gypsy. I welded two of the graduation caps and made a card within a card. I will probably put a sentiment inside the cap as well. I used the Cricut Classic Font cart to cut the numbers and attached them with my tweezer bees and some zig 2 way. Again, thanks for stopping by :)

A Birthday and Sympathy card using Sweet Treats

recipe:
cricut-Sweet Treats
cardstock-Papertrey Ink (base) flower(Bazzill)
paterned paper-American Crafts
ribbon-American Crafts
sentiment-stamp set from Joanns( don't know the brand)
ink-Stampin Up
adhesive-Atg and Zig 2 Way

I forgot to take pics of my kid's Easter goodie bags for school. My 4yr old brought an invitation home Thursday for a party on Saturday and I needed to make a sympathy card for a co-worker. I had very little time to craft, so I used one cart for two cards. The birthday card is actually part of the set I made with a cupcake I made recently. I got an idea from a blog (don't remember which one) to make multiple cards to help use my scraps. I used the sweet treats cartridge. Thanks for stopping by :)

My first mini album!

I've been wanting to do a mini album since seeing lots of them on various blogs. I purchased a bind-it-all last month and when Christina @ creationswithchristina did a mini series on doing a mini album; I figured it would be a great time to try it out. It took me longer to complete mine, but I like it. I'm always doing girly projects for my daughters, so I figured I would do this album for my son. The majority of the papers are from a scrapbook kit by Colorbok and the rest were papers and ribbon from various companies. Let me know what you think and thanks for stopping by :)
