Throwback Thursday Challenge @ My Creative Time

Hello Everyone
I hope you all have had a great weekend. Mine has been super busy. I wanted to participate in Emma's Throwback Thursday this week. I haven't done any challenges in awhile and thought this one may get me back into it. The challenge this week is to use a kid-friendly cart. I chose the Playtime cart and designed this card in my gypsy. The train and the two layers under the train are also from this cart. I had to remind myself that this was for a boy and not add alot of bling, so I put just a little glossy accents on the top of the first train cart and on the mechanism that turns the wheels. Not to much right? I'm planning to give this card to my cousin that's expecting a baby boy next month. Thanks so much for stopping by:)

recipe:

Playtime cricut cart
craft cardstock- Joanns brand
patterned paper- K and Company (Monkey Around paper pad)
other cardstock- Martha Stewart
button- walmart
twine- ebay
sentiment- Inkadinkado (Baby Boy-designed by Brenda Walton)
Tsukineko Memento ink in rich cocoa
Glossy accents

FALL BANNER

Goodmorning Everyone!

The weekend went soo fast. I started on this banner last week and completed it the weekend. I used my favorite cart for banners, Birthday Bash. The leaves are from Doodlecharms. I used patterned papers from Martha Stewart (rosette) and DCWV. The letters were cut with cardstock from Coredinations and the rest is Colorbox. I punched holes in the leaves with my crop a dile and strung it all with some Chocolate Chip ribbon from Stampin Up. I've hung this on the mantle of my fireplace. I hope to start on some Christmas Cards sometime this week (fingers crossed) LOL. Have a great day and thanks for stopping by:)

Thank You Card

Hello bloggy friends,

I hope your weekend has started off awesome. I have plenty of laundry and cleaning to do, but hope to get in some crafting as well :).I made several thank you cards to give to people that sent cards and food during my grandmother's passing. I forgot to take pictures of the others, but did manage to remember this one. I used one of my favorite DCWV paperstacks, Lemon Flower Stack. I made several cards so they had to be really simple ones. The cardstock is a mixture of Papertrey Ink and some scraps. The ribbon is from walmart and the sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps. Thanks for stopping by:)

Community Friends Thank You Cards

Hello friends,
TGIF! I received a call from my mother requesting some thank you cards to send to a policeman, fireman, emt, and Macgruff the crime dog. My mother is a director at a preschool and had some community friends to stop by and pay the kids a visit. I said yes, of course, and knew exactly what cartridge I wanted to use. All of the cuts are from Everyday Paper Dolls. I love this cart because it is full of images. I used cardstock from Papertrey Ink and some scraps. The sentiments are from My Pink Stamper, and Scrappy Moms Stamps. Thanks so much for stopping by:)
